Otres Beach
The quieter alternative to central Sihanoukville beaches. Long stretch of white sand with beach shacks and small resorts. Much more laid-back atmosphere. Popular with long-term travelers. Good kitesurfing spot. Divided into Otres 1 (more developed) and Otres 2 (more remote). Facing development pressures. Visit soon before it changes further.
