Juara Beach
Tioman's most remote beach on the east coast, accessible by boat or jungle trek. Pristine white sand with coconut palms. Very peaceful with minimal development. Sea turtle nesting site. Beautiful sunrise views. Limited electricity and WiFi. Perfect escape from civilization. Can have larger waves during monsoon. Feels worlds away from west coast beaches.
ABC Beach
Air Batang (ABC) is Tioman's most popular backpacker beach. Long stretch of sand with budget chalets. Excellent house reef for snorkeling. Very social atmosphere. Good diving nearby. Mix of bars and restaurants. More developed than Juara but maintains island feel. Can feel crowded in peak season. Good balance of facilities and nature.
